含油污泥调质处理研究

摘    要:针对某炼油厂污水处理过程产生的含油污泥,采用调质-抽滤分离方法进行处理。考察添加剂对含油污泥调质的影响。结果表明,调质时,污泥的pH值宜控制在7.0~8.0、PAC加量为200 mg/L、阳离子型PAM控制在2.0 mg/L、温度为40~50℃、搅拌30min时,处理效果较好且出水率达到了40%,有利于污泥的资源化利用和无害化处理。

Abstract:In refinery sewage treatment process of oily sludge, using conditioning- filtration separation method for processing. Research additives on the impact of oil sludge conditioning.The results showed that conditioning, sludge pH value should be controlled within 7 - 8, PAC and quantity of 200 mg/L and cationic PAM control in 2 mg/L and a temperature of 40 to 50 DEG C, mixing 30 min, good treatment effect and water rate reached 60 %, in favor of the resource utilization of sludge and harmless treatment.
