摘    要:为满足国Ⅲ汽油标准中对硫含量不大于0.015%、烯烃含量不大于30%的要求,兰州石化于2010年开工建设了采用Prime-G+技术的1.8 Mt/a催化汽油加氢脱硫装置。目前装置运转平稳,质量合格,但在运行过程中,存在产品辛烷值损失(2个单位)高于设计值(≤1.8个单位)的问题。为降低辛烷值损失,针对损失原因进行分析,制定了优化操作条件的措施,实施后成功的将产品辛烷值损失降低到小于1个单位,达到了预期目的。

Abstract:To meet the national standard for gasoline III not more than 0.015 % sulfur con- tent, olefin content of not more than 30 %, CNPC LANZHOU Company started construction in 2010 of using Prime-G+ Technology 1.8 Mt/a FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization unitCurrent devices running smoothly, the quality of compliance, but in the running, there is a prob- lem that the loss of product octane(2 units)higher than the design value( ≤ 1.8 units. To reduce octane loss, analysis of the causes for the loss, the development of measures to optimize operating conditions, the successful implementation of the product octane losses to less than one unit, to achieve the desired purpose.
