激光气体在线分析仪在乙炔装置中的应用

摘    要:传统过程分析仪采用一套完整的采样预处理系统实现连续采样分析。乙炔裂解气中氧体积分数采用顺磁式氧分析仪实现在线分析,因采样预处理系统结构复杂引起分析滞后时间长、维护工作量大、测量准确度不高等问题已影响了装置的稳定运行。激光气体在线分析仪采用单线光谱技术、激光波长扫描技术和环境参数自动修正技术,无采样预处理系统,实现"在位"在线分析,避免了采样预处理响应滞后带来的安全隐患。

Abstract:Traditional on-line gas analyzer realizes continuous sampling and analyzing with an integrated sampling pre-treatment system. The on-line analysis of oxygen content in acetylene cracking gas is conducted with the paramagnetic oxygen analyzer. It has affected the installation for safe, stable and long time running seriously due to long lag analysis time, lots of maintenance and low measurement accuracy caused from complex sampling pre-treatment system. The laser on-line gas analyzer adopts DI.AS technology, laser wavelength scanning technology and environmental parameter automation modifiable technology etc., without sample pre treatment system, and realizes "in site" online analyzing, and avoids potential danger by the response time lag of sampling pretreatment.
