气体超声波流量计量系统的设计

摘    要:超声波流量计量系统是天然气长输管道中应用广泛的计量系统之一。介绍了超声波流量计的基本原理、特点、类型,给出了超声波流量计量回路的典型管路配置。探讨了超声波计量回路设计中应考虑的仪表、噪声因素。给出了降噪措施,流量计量系统的典型配置,超声波流量计系统设计中一些建议。

Abstract:Ultrasonic flow metering (USM) system is one of the most popular metering systems used in long-distance natural gas transportation. Basic principle, characteristic and type of USM are introduced, and typical pipe configuration of USM loop is put forward. The elements including instrument and noise considered in USM loop system designing are deeply discussed. Noise reduction measure, typical configuration for the flow metering system, and some advices for USM system designing are given.
