| Abstract: | With continuous intelligent and large-scale development of petrochemical industry, international cooperation in large-scale petrochemical proiect is strengthened together with development of economic globalization, resulting in import of advanced project management and methods with international mode. Based on detailed introduction of definition, characteristics and modes of project management, characteristics of instrument management, and management content in every stage of project implementation in petrochemical project are evaluated. On the basis of practical experience and lessons from instrument professional project management in a large-scale petrochemical project, combined with successful experiences of several other similar joint projects, notice on instrument professional project management is issued. It aims to provide some references and helps to professional instrument project management in the future. |
