厨房液化气燃烧的废气扩散规律及对室内环境的影响

摘    要:目的考察与分析不设抽油烟机的封闭厨房内液化气燃烧释放的废气的扩散及对室内环境的污染情况.方法运用CFD-fluent模拟软件和实测相结合的方法,建立废气的浓度和火用扩散分布的数学模型与边界条件,利用数值分析法中的有限体积法和PISO算法对厨房内废气分布的微分方程进行离散和求解,对模拟结果进行校正并与实际测试结果进行比较.结果以CO2和CO浓度为主的废气扩散模拟数据与实验数据比较吻合;火用扩散分布图形在有温度和无温度影响时变化较大.结论厨房废气扩散有其规律性、方向性和强度逆向差值性,用CFD软件对厨房液化气燃烧废气的扩散分布进行数值模拟是可行的.

Abstract:The diffusion laws of exhaust gas from burning liquefied gas in closed kitchen without a kitchen hood or fan are analyzed, and its impacts on the indoor air are studied in the paper. CFD-fluent simulation software and measurement are applied to establish the math models of exhaust gas concentration distribution and boundary conditions. Finite volume methods and PISO are used to solve the differential equations of exhaust gas distribution in a kitchen. After the adjustment and comparison with those from the practical measure, the simulation results of CO2 and CO concentration distributions accord with experimental ones. And there is some difference in the exergy distribution between simulation and practical test according to the temperature effect. The research shows that the exhaust gas diffusion has the law, the direction, and the reverse gradient intensity to the origin point, and it is possible to numerically simulate the diffusion laws of a kitchen burning liquefied gas with CFD software.
