| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of micro-observation technique, this paper puts forward the method that micro-observation can be carried out with the microscope which is connected to a digital camera by transfer lens. This paper also discusses the requirement of optical performance for the transfer lens and designs the transfer lens. |
