摘    要:本文通过大量实物试验,从影响套圈胀大量的众多因素中找出了起决定性作用的因素——淬火冷却速度,并分析论证了其影响机理。根据试验结果对生产设备的淬火冷却系统加以改进,使胀大量超差造成的报废问题得到了令人满意的解决。

A STUDY ON INFLUENTIAL FACTORS AND PREVENTION MEASURES OF HEAT TREATNIENT EXPANSION OF BEARING RINGS

Abstract:The key factor,quench cooling rate,has been found from quite a few factorswhich affect the heat treatment expansion of bearing rings,through a numberof practical experiments. Furthermore,the of fect of this factor on the distorionof rings has been analysed.The exprimental results show that overgauge fai-lures of the ring caused by its overexpansion have been satisfactorily solvedas a result of improving the quench cooling system of the facilites ofheattreating the bearing ring.
