水热法在低维人工晶体生长中的应用与发展

摘    要:水热法是人工晶体生长技术中比较重要的一种方法,是利用高温、高压水溶液使得通常难溶或者不溶的物质溶解和重结晶.随着科学技术的发展,人工晶体越来越向低维化方向发展,本文在介绍水热法晶体生长特点和基本生长设备的基础上,重点介绍了一下水热法在生长纳米晶粒及针状晶体等低维化人工晶体的应用与发展.

Abstract:Hydrothermal method is an important method for growth of artificial crystal,which enables ordinarily insoluble materials to dissolve and recrystallize by use of high temperature and high pressure aqueous solution.With the development of technology,low dimensional artificial crystal is needed gradually.Based on introduction to characters and equipment of crystal growth using hydrothermal method,the development and application of the hydrothermal method in growing low dimensional artificial crystal such as nanocrystal and needle like crysal were mainly introduced in this paper.
