球头铣刀加工倾角对切削力的影响

摘    要:对球头铣刀刀具轴线和工件加工表面之间的加工倾角进行了理论研究,建立了加工曲面时刀具倾角的数学模型,并通过试验研究了高速铣削铝合金时刀具倾角对切削力的影响规律。随着刀具轴线相对于进给方向倾斜角度β的增大,切削力变化的趋势是减小;编制多轴数控加工程序时可以通过设置合理的刀具倾角来改善切削条件。

Abstract:The inclination angle between the milling cutter axis and the machining surface of work piece is studied theoretically, the mathematical model of cutter inclination angle in machining curved surface is established. The influence of inclination angle on cutting force in high-speed-milling of aluminum alloy is studied by experiment. The cutting force is decreased as the inclination angle between the milling cutter axis and feeding direction is increased. Cutting condition can be improved by setting reasonable inclination angle of cutting for machining program under the multi-axle numerical control.
