| Abstract: | Inspired by the serious plastic deformation on the teeth surface of the heavy load gear in the actual production, a kind of teeth profile that most suitable for the contacting and bending strength of the gear has been explored, and also the principle of the teeth profile formation has been analyzed as well. |
