基于加工表面小波包能量分布比例的刀具磨损状态研究

摘    要:将计算机视觉检测技术应用于刀具磨损检测。通过获取工件表面图像,利用数字图像处理技术对工件表面图像进行处理。由于工件表面图像信息主要集中在中频区域,利用小波包分解工件表面图像,可得到许多含有丰富中频信息的子图像,故可从中提取小波包能量分布比例特征,作为刀具磨损的度量指标。理论分析和试验结果表明,该方法是有效的。

Abstract:The computer visual inspection technology was applied to the inspection of tool wear.The workpiece surface images were captured,and then were processed with the digital image processing technology.Because the main information of workpiece surface image focuses on the middle frequency region,and the workpiece surface image can be decomposed into many subimages that contain the plenty middle frequency information by the wavelet packet transform,thereby the feature of energy distribution ratio about the wavelet packet can be extracted and regarded as a measure of the tool wear.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this method is effective.
