丁烯异构化活性与RE2O3/SiO2催化剂碱性的关系

摘    要:以RE2O3/SiO2(RE为La、Pr、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm或Yb)为催化剂,采用外循环流动无梯度反应器进行了1-丁烯异构化动力学的研究。结果表明,1-丁烯异构化动力学服从L-H机理方程,可近似地表示为一级速率方程。在不同的温度下催化剂的CO2吸附系数和吸附热用脉冲色谱法测定。在1-丁烯异构为反-2-丁烯、顺-2-丁烯的速率与催化剂的CO2校正比保留体积之间有较好的线性关系。还观察到RE2O3/SiO2上CO2吸附的补偿效应。

Abstract:The kinetics of isomerization of 1 butene over RE 2O 3/SiO 2(RE=La,Pr,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm or Yb)catalysts has been investigated by a flow recirculation gradientless reactor.The kinetics of isomerization for 1 butene obeyed the L H mechanism equation,which can be approximately expressed as the rate equation of first order reaction.The coefficients of adsorption for CO 2 at various temperatures and the heat of adsorption for CO 2 were determined by the pulse GC method.The good linear relationship at various temperatures between the rate of isomerization for 1 butene to trans 2 butene and the corrected retention volume of CO 2 for 1g catalyst,the rate of isomerization for 1 butene to cis 2 butene and the corrected retention volume of CO 2 for 1g catalyst over RE 2O 3/SiO 2 catalysts were obtained.The compensation effect of adsorption for CO 2 over the catalysts was also observed.
