肠膜明串珠菌发酵产物葡聚糖结构的鉴定

摘    要:肠膜明串珠菌可以发酵甘蔗汁产生葡聚糖。其发酵产物经离心分离后 ,上清液用无水乙醇分步沉淀抽提得到葡聚糖样品 ,然后用气相色谱 (GC)、红外光谱 (IR )、纸层析和化学方法等对葡聚糖样品进行鉴定。结果表明 ,肠膜明串珠菌的发酵产物葡聚糖是一种由完全甲基化的无水吡喃葡萄糖单体构成的化合物 ,糖苷键的 95 %是α D ( 1,6)键型 ,其余为α D ( 1,3 )和其他键型。

Abstract:A dextran was obtained from sugarcane juice fermented by Leuoconostoc mesenteroieds. The dextran sample which was extracted by ethanol precipitation and purified was assayed by gas chromatography(GC), infrared atlas, etc. Results suggested the dextran sample is composed of repeating units with glucose of which is a kind of completely methylation and waterless pyranoglucose. 95% of its glucosidal band is α-D-(1,6); the other is α-D-(1,3) and the like.
