| 摘 要： | 本文根据现代企业销售管理的特点和要求，在系统实现上采用Ｃ／Ｓ和Ｂ／Ｓ两种模式，其中基于Ｃ／Ｓ模式的系统设计上使用了工作流和传统ＭＩＳ相结合的设计方法，从而达到了销售管理的规范化、自动化和高效化。
