WRC975型胶辊的纺纱实践

摘    要:介绍了WRC975型胶辊的性能和制作方法,WRC975型胶辊表面经过微处理后用于纺制Tencel、Modal等新型再生纤维素纤维,消除了缠绕罗拉、胶辊现象,耐磨性增强,成纱质量稳定。在同品种同锭同粗纱奈件下,与WRC—D75型胶辊进行纺纱效果对比,认为用WRC975型胶辊纺制的纱线条干均匀度、细节、粗节、棉结均较好。

Abstract:Property and manufacture methods of WRC975 top roller were introduced. After surface micro-treatment, WRC975 top roller was used in spinning regenerated cellulose fibers such as Tencel, Modal and so on, it can eliminate wind of roller and top roller, increase abrasion resistance, make yarn quality stable. Compared WRC975 top roller with WRC-D75 top roller in the condition of same variety, same spindle and same roving. The result shows that the yarn spinning with WRC975 top roller has better evenness, fewer thin place, fewer slub and neps.
