立井揭穿突出煤层的实践

淮北矿业集团桃园煤矿在新副井井筒揭穿8煤过程中,为消除突出隐患,制定并实施了新副井井筒揭露煤层方案。当井筒工作面施工至距煤层垂距15 m时打前探钻孔,查明煤层赋存情况,测定煤层瓦斯压力,根据测定结果进行瓦斯抽放。当工作面掘进距煤层垂距5.5 m时,再次施工测压钻孔,采用钻屑瓦斯解吸指标法预测工作面有无突出危险性。当指标均小于临界值具备震动爆破揭煤条件时,工作面掘进距煤层垂距2 m时采用震动放炮揭过煤层。按照上述施工方案与工艺顺利完成了探揭煤施工,确保了井筒揭煤安全。

Practice of Uncovering Double - outburst Coal Seam in Vertical Shaft

In the course of uncovering No.8 coal seam in the new vice-shaft in Taoyuan Coal Mine,in order to remove the outlurst hidden,the program of uncovering coal seam in the new vice-shaft was set and implemented.When the construction of shaft to face away from the seam at 15 m down from the previous exploration drilling fight to identify the situation of coal seam occurrence,determination of coal seam gas pressure,in accordance with the results measured gas drainage.When driving away from the seam face down from the 5.5 m,the re-construction of borehole pressure,using cuttings gas desorption face index forecast whether or not to highlight the dangers.When the indicators are less than the critical value with open coal blasting vibration conditions,the tunneling from the coal face down 2 m from the blasting vibration applied over open seam.in accordance with the above construction with the successful completion of the exploration process construction of uncovering coal,to ensure the safety of the open shaft.
