大型发电机定子绕组端部振动故障原因分析及端部振型模态试验的运用

摘    要:新昌电厂2台QFSN-660-2-22型发电机在投产不到2年时间,均先后出现端部线棒松动磨损的情况,因在机组等级检修时及时发现并立即进行了修复处理,未造成重大设备损害事故。在此过程中总结了一些端部动态特性试验在发电机定子绕组端部振动故障检测中的运用经验。

Abstract:2 sets of QFSN-660-2-22 type generator of Xinehang power plant in less than 2 years of production, end bar has appeared loose and wear conditions, due to timely and found in the unit level maintenance carried out immediately to repair, did not cause significant damage equipment accident. In this process, the experiences of application of some end dynamic characteristics test on vibration fault of generator stator winding end detection were summarized.
