啤酒的功能性

摘    要:啤酒中含有酒精,CO2,酒花苦味成分律草酮(humulon),蛇麻酮等,酒花精油成分律草萜(humulene),香味烯(myrcene)等,还含有绿原酸(chlorogenic acid),生物黄酮类(bioflavonid)及咖啡酸(caffeic acid)等药理成分,其营养丰富,素有“液体面包”之称,其药理功能有防止脚气,防止动脉硬化,促进血液循环,催眠,增强胃功能,促进胆汁分泌,防止便秘,促进激素的分泌,利尿,促进女性生理机能等。

Abstract:Beer contains alcohol,CO 2 ,hops components such as humulon,lupulone,humu lene,myrcene etc.and pharmaceutical com-ponents such as chlorogenic acid,bioflavonoid and caffeic acid etc.And it is of high nutrition and known as"liquid bread".The pharmacological functions of beer cover the following aspects:prevention of dermatophytosis,prevention of arteriosclerosis,improvement of blood circulation,hypnogenesis,promotion of belly functions,prevention of constipation,improvement of hormone secretion,diuresis and promotion of female physical functions etc.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
