无刷直流电动机电流波形分析

摘    要:着重分析无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)电枢电流波形。理论上,由于BLDCM的转子采用永磁体励磁,电机气隙理想磁场为梯形波磁场,当采用方波电压控制时,电枢电流应为方波电流,而实际上电流波形并非方波,其主要原因是由于绕组反电势并非理想梯形波。

Abstract:The armature current waveform of BLDCM were analyzed.Theoretically,because the BLDCM rotor used the permanent-magnet excitation,and the motor air gap ideal magnetic field waveform was trapezoidal,when the square-wave voltage control was used,the armature current waveform should be the squarewave.But in fact the current waveform was the square-wave.Its main reason was because winding back electromotive force waveform was not ideal trapezoidal.
