摘    要:介绍了一种新开发的电控高压共轨发动机台架试验自动测量系统,其中重点介绍了有关电控参数的测试的原理和软硬件的构成。系统主要应用MC68376中TPU捕捉功能,对电控发动机的一些主要电控参数进行测量。系统主要应用于在开发发动机电控系统中各参数的检验以及作为在发动机电控系统的匹配标定过程中的参数依据。系统所有功能均经过试验验证,并在自主研发的GD-1高压共轨发动机上进行了测试,获得了良好的试验结果。

Abstract:A new design of bench testing system for electronic controlled high-pressure common-rail diesel engine was introduced and the testing theory and the structure of software were specially introduced. The input seize function of TPU in MC68376 was used to get some importance parameters of electronic control engine. This testing system applies to measure parameters in the development and calibration of the electronic controlled engine system. All functions of the system were tested on the GD-1 high pressure common rail diesel engine and the satisfied testing results were obtained.
