转化气余热锅炉管板结构的温度耦合分析

摘    要:转化气余热锅炉入口温度达到860℃,管壳程温差载荷较大,管板承受内压和温差载荷的双重作用,在管板管程侧、换热管管板部位和旁通管内部设计了防热材料,管板的管壳程的连接结构采用H型锻件,在温差载荷和管壳程设计压力相互作用的三种工况条件下,依据JB4732对设备相应部位进行应力评定,评定结果合格,为工程设计人员提供可参考的数据。

Tube Plate Structure Coupling Analysis of Reformed Gas Waste Heat Boiler
Abstract:The inlet temperature of the reformed gas waste heat boiler reaches 860 ℃, the temperature difference load along the tube shell was large, the tube plate subjected to internal pressure and the temperature difference. Designed the thermal protection material at the tube pass side of tube plate, the heat exchange tube sheet parts, and inside the by-pass pipe. Connecting structure of the tube sheet shell used H-forging. For three working conditions under the designed temperature differences and tube shell pressures, the stress assessment of the corresponding parts of the device was done according to JB4732, evaluation the results were qualified, provide reference data for engineering design personnel.
