摘    要:黄铵铁矾渣中含有铁、铅、锌等金属,并且不稳定,容易污染环境,需要对其进行综合利用。研究采用真空碳还原法对铁矾渣中的铅、锌进行了还原蒸馏,不仅降低了渣中这些金属的含量,又为渣中铁的利用创造了条件。利用JMP软件的DOE功能设计还原试验,对影响金属挥发的煤粉加入量、脱硫剂加入量、加热温度及保温时间四个因素的影响规律及条件优化进行了研究,研究结果表明:在还原温度1000℃,保温时间90 min,煤粉加入量30%,脱硫剂加入量13%,铅、锌的挥发率分别达到99.4%、99.4%。所研究的四个因素中,加热终温为影响铅锌挥发的主要因素。还原渣经磁选,获得了含铁品位为62.43%的铁精矿,铁矾渣中铁的直收率达到78.2%。

New Exploration of Jarosite Slag Resources Produced in Zinc Hydrometallurgy
Abstract:Comprehensive utilization of jarosite which contain iron, lead and zinc and these metals in jarosite will cause environmental pollution because it is unstable. The vacuum distillation experiment of metal Pb, Zn from jarosite which not only can decrease the content of Pb, Zn but also create the advantage conditions of using iron in the jarosite.Reduction experiment was designed by the DOE in JMP software. The experiments study the influence lawof four factors which were addition of coal, addition of desulfurizers, heating temperature and holding time. The results show that the volatilizing rates of Pb, Zn reach to 99.4%, 99.4%respectively under the optimum conditions including the heating temperature at 1000 ℃, holding time was 90 min, addition of coal was 30% and addition of desulfurizers was 13%. The heating temperature was the major factors influence on the volatilizing rates of lead, zincamong four factors which were studied. After magnetic separation of the reduced product, the concentrate of concentration and recovery of Fe 62.43%, concentration and recovery of Fe 78.2%is obtained.
