摘    要:利用ANSYS软件构建了电站锅炉12Cr1MoVG钢高温过热器出口联箱在甩负荷过程中的应力状态,得到了温度场、热应力场、机械应力场及总应力场的数值和分布。高温过热器出口联箱最大热应力、机械应力及总应力分别为7.52、76.1、75.1MPa;最大总应力总是出现在筒体和接管相贯线区域;机械应力在总应力中占主要地位。

Analysis of Stresses for Superheated Outlet Header Made from 12Cr1MoVG Steel
Abstract:The calculation of stress distribution for the superheater outlet header made from 12Cr1MoVG Steel under rejection offload was performed based on ANSYS software. The magnitude and distribution of temperature, themal stress field, mechanical stress field and total stress field were obtained. The result shows that the maximum thermal stress, mechanical stress and total stress are 7.52,76.1 and 75.1MPa, respectively. The maximum total stress always occurs at the intersection region of tubers and popes. The mechanical stress accounts for main portion in total stress.
