摘    要:根据鞍钢炼钢生产的实际情况,从物料平衡及热平衡角度出发,分析了第二炼钢厂北区转炉废钢比低的原因,制定合理的对策,以提高废钢比例,降低铁水单耗,达到降低成本的目的.

Abstract:Based on the practical condition of steelmaking production in Angang, the reasons leading to low ,steel scarp ratio in converter in No. 2 Steelmaking Plant north workshop are analyzed from material balance and thermal balance. Reasonable countermeasures are made to increase steel scrap ratio and reduce unit molten iron consumption in order to decrease cost.
