硝化反应对泥炭腐植酸反应性官能团的影响

摘    要:系统分析了硝化条件对泥炭腐植酸中反应性官能团含量的影响,讨论了腐植酸反应性官能团在硝化反应中的变化规律.研究结果表明,泥炭腐植酸的反应性官能团总酸性基和羧基在硝化反应中有较大幅度的增加,而酚羟基只是稍有增加.醌基含量随氧化降解的程度先增加,在达到最大值后开始下降.腐植酸中酚羟基大多处于多取代芳核上,不易被氧化.醌基含量的增加是稠环芳烃被氧化的结果.

Abstract:The effects of nitrify reaction on reactive functional groups of peat humic acid have been systematically analyzed, the change orderliness being discussed of reactive functional groups of peat humic acid with nitrification reaction. The results show that the reactive functional group and carboxyl of the peat humic acid in the nitrification reaction has a big range increase, but the phenolic hydroxyl group only has a little increase. Earlier the content of the quinone group was increased with the degree of oxidative degradation,it began to reduce when it reach to the max. The phenolic hydroxyl group in the humic acid mostly on the polysubstitution fragrant nucleus, oxidation was not easy. The increase of the quinone group is the result of the oxidation of the stiffcyclic aromatic hydrocarbon.
