耐磨性工程塑料及其进展

摘    要:介绍工程塑料的摩擦磨损性能的基本概念,指出工程塑料的耐磨性可以通过添加耐磨填料、树脂共混、表面处理等手段得以提高,其中离子注入法是最新的一种改善耐磨性的表面处理方法。并详细阐述了几种典型耐磨性工程塑料的研究进展。

Abstract:The frictional property and wearability of the engineering plastics was explained. Through filling the antifrictional fillers, blending with other resin and treating on the surface, the wearability of the engineering plastics. Among those methods implanting with ions was a new and effective method to improve antifriction property could be increased. And the advance in the research of some typical wear-resislant engineering plastics were discussed.
