宁村瓷石的颗粒组成对工艺性能的影响

摘    要:选取江西宁村瓷石作原料,按颗粒大小分级并量化处理,通过二次回归正交试验,测其多种工艺性能,最后应用回归技术建立其工艺性能与颗粒组成之间的数学模型,分析讨论了其工艺原理对工艺性能的影响。

Abstract:Ningcun china stone as raw materials is graded and numbered according to the particle sizes. An orthogonal test is performed to assess the effect of particle grade to its technology properties. The data are processed by quadratic regression. The relationship between a target and factors in the whole region is deduced. Mathematical model for the technology properties of bodies is established in relation to particle sizes.
