| 摘 要： | 中国近现代建筑艺术是中华民族的宝贵遗产。在划分近现代建筑艺术年代分期的基础上，简述了中国近现代建筑艺术演进的过程，指出历史的经验对当今的建设仍具重要参考价值。要给近现代建筑艺术以公正的评价，应从历史中总结经验教训，不断改进，不断提高，创造出具有中国特色的新建筑。
