摘    要:深基坑的稳定是地下空间施工的重点和难点,而有临近建筑的深基坑施工则不仅仅要控制基坑,更重要的是保护周边建筑结构。本文以重庆市南坪中心交通枢纽工程为背景,首先介绍了深基坑施工对临近建筑物的不利影响,然后用ANSYS对6个工况做了弹塑性有限元分析,并从基坑自身的稳定和临近建筑物的不均匀沉降两个方面,评价了支护方案的可靠性和深基坑施工对临近建筑物的影响。

Effects of Deep Excavation in the Urban Business and Culture Center on adjacent Buildings

Abstract:The stability of deep foundation is important and difficult in the underground construction.What's more,buildings adjacent deep excavations,together with the deep foundations,are all objects to be protected under construction.This thesis first takes about the Transport Hub Program in Nanping center district as background to introduce the adverse effects of deep excavation to the adjacent buildings and then makes plastic finite element analysis of the six construction conditions by using the ANSYS technique.It also evaluates the reliability of support programs and the effects of deep excavation to adjacent buildings based on the stability of foundation itself and Differential settlement of the adjacent buildings.
