| 摘 要： | 本文报导了通过测量场发射电子显微镜(FEM)分辨率,来测定场发射电子枪亮度的新方法。与考虑了系统像差影响的球——锥面模型理论的计算结果进行了比较,二者结果基本一致。

| Abstract: | A new method measuring the brightness of field emission electron gun by measuring the resolution of field emission electron microscope (FEM) is reported.As compared with the calculation of the sphere-conemodel theory in which the system aberrations are consisdered, the results of both are basically the same. |
