| 摘 要： | 通过对比《建设工程施工合同（示范文本）（1999）》和FIDIC施工合同条件（1999）中的相应索赔条款，细致而系统地分析了《标准施工招标文件（2007）》与前两者在索赔条款的内容和可引用依据方面的不同之处，并指出其进步合理的地方，借此希望能对工程索赔实践提供指导。

| Abstract: | According to the comparison on the corresponding claim clauses in the Building Project Construction Contract（Sample Text）（1999） and the FIDIC construction contract condition（ 1999）, the author analyzes the differences of the Standard Construction Bidding Document（2007） with two former in the content and basis can be cited of the claim clause detailed and systematically, and points out its advanced and reasonable parts, so as to provides guide for project claim practice based on this. |
