垂直上升管中油水两相流流型表征

在含水率 5 1%～ 91%、油水两相流总流量 10～ 6 0m³·d^-1范围内 ,对垂直上升油水两相流流动工况的电导波动信号进行了分形及混沌时间序列分析 .当含水率为 6 0 .5 %～ 91%时 ,所提取的分形维数及吸引子相关维分别在 1.0 0 6～ 1.6 31及 4.30～ 6 .77之间 ;当含水率为 5 1%或 5 1.5 %时 ,所提取的分形维数及吸引子相关维分别在 1.17～ 1.75 8及 5 .46～ 7.0 5之间 ,且分形维数及混沌吸引子相关维数随总流量呈不规则突变 ,并与复杂功率谱特征及流型图上的过渡流型相对应 ,表明了分形维数及混沌吸引子相关维数对油水两相流流型变化具有敏感的“指示器”特性

CHARACTERIZATION OF OIL-WATER TWO PHASE FLOW PATTERNS IN VERTICAL UPWARD FLOW PIPES

Characterization of oil-water two phase flow patterns in vertical upward flow pipes is studied based on fractal and chaotic time series analysis of conductance fluctuation signals. For 60.5%≤ K _w≤91% and 10 m ³· d ^-1 ≤ Q _t≤60 m ³·d ^-1 ,local fractal dimension and correlation dimension of chaotic attractors are in the range from 1.006 to 1.631 and from 4.30 to 6.77, respectively. For K _w=51% or K _w=51.5% and 20 m ³·d ^-1 ≤ Q _t≤60 m ³·d ^-1 ,fractal dimension and correlation dimension of chaotic attractors are in the range from 1.17 to 1.758 and from 5.46 to 7.05, respectively. Both dimensions show an irregular sudden change with variation of total flowrate Q _t,which corresponds to happenings of transitional flow pattern. The irregular sudden changes in dimensions are verified with complex power spectrum and flow pattern map proposed by our previous study. It is shown that fractal dimension and correlation dimension of chaotic attractors is sensitive to flow pattern variation as an "indicator".
