| 摘 要： | 良好的心理品质和健康的体魄,是现代社会对人的素质要求的重要方面。大学阶段是人生的重要阶段,是意志品质形成的关键期。高职院校应当把提高学生心理素质教育贯穿于学校教育教学的全过程,使学生达到心理健康的标准。
