| 摘 要： | 对５种不同刀片材质的刀具进行切削试验，研究了刀片的硬度、抗弯强度和红硬性对半钢轧辊切削工具的切削量及耐用度等性能的影响，得出Ｊ１１材质的刀具综合性能好，适于切削半钢轧辊。

| Abstract: | The cutting test which used five materials cutters was carried out.The influence of cutter hardness,bending strength,red hardess on the cutting amount and resistant usage of cutter for semi steel rolls were analyzed.The test shows that the cutter which material is J11 has good synthetic properties,proper to semi steel rolls with high and non-uniform hardness. |
