| 摘 要： | 指出湘钢高速线材轧机精轧机组辊轴锥面易烧损的主要原因是辊环装配不当，通过严格控制锥套外径与辊环内径配合（过盈量≤０．００５ｍｍ，间隙≯０．０３５ｍｍ），改装液压安装工具（快速接头后增设压力表）及设计专用量具等措施，避免了辊轴烧损事故。

| Abstract: | The cone of roll shaft in finishing mill of high-speed wire mill is frequently overburnt in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co.,the unsuitable assembly of the roll ring was the main reason.Through taking some measures,such as strictly controlled fitness between outer diameter of cone sleeve and inner diameter of roll rin,reformed the hydraulic install tool,and designed the specific measure tool,etc.,the overburning accidents have been avoided. |
