基于DSP和CPLD的铸造用中频电源设计

摘    要:介绍了铸造用中频电源主电路的工作原理及主电路参数的选取,并运用Matlab进行了验证.着重介绍了采用DSP和CPLD新型方式的控制电路的设计.其中CPLD负责整流软起动及逆变触发脉冲的产生、开关量及保护的输入输出,DSP实现通信、控制和算法生成.本方案较好的结合了CPLD的良好性能和DSP所具有的智能特性,有效的利用了CPLD和DSP的资源.

Abstract:The principles and the parameters selection of the main circuit of the medium frequency power for casting and was described and verified by Matlab.A new design of control circuit using DSP and CPLD was mainly introduced,in which CPLD is responsible for the rectifier soft start,the generation of the trigger pulse for the inverter,the input and output of switch and protection,and DSP is responsible for communication,control and generation algorithms.The program better combined the super performance of CPLD with the intelligence characteristics of DSP,and effectively utilized the resources of CPLD and DSP.
