基于Seam的企业客户服务平台设计与实现

摘    要:为了提高企业对客户信息化服务水平和整体运作效率,减轻工作人员的劳动强度,提升服务品质,全面降低企业运作成本,设计了一种基于Web的客户服务平台。重点研究了Seam的系统模型以及其总体架构、业务流程、功能模块和物理结构。应用结果表明,该方案可有效地集成和管理实现企业客户服务信息管理系统的网络化,系统实施之后,企业客户服务的工作效率得到了明显的提高。

Abstract:To improve customer information,service level and overall operational efficiency,reduce staff labor intensity,improve service quality,reduce the overall corporate operating costs,and design a Web-based customer service platform.The customer service platform based Seam standard,its overall architecture,business process,functional modules and physical structure is designed.Application results show that the scheme can effectively integrate and manage the network,after implementation of the system,the efficiency of research management in enterprise has been greatly improved.
