摘    要:针对压力容器传统应力测试方法所存在的弊端,采用软硬件相结合的滤波方法,开发以计算机为核心的应力自动测试系统。该系统可有效地消除系统噪声等污染源的影响,成功实现对微弱信号的自动采集、处理和输出。

Abstract:The traditional method for stress of pressure vessel is implemented by strain gauge and multipoint box. This technology can't meet with the development of industry for its lowness of automaton degree, slow speed of measurement and in efficientness. The computer aided stress automatic measurement system for the pressure vessel was developed by using software and hardware signal filtering methods. The effect of some pollution source such as system noise can be eliminated and the very feeble signal acquiring, processing and outputting can be automatically implemented with this measurement system.
