临江复杂地质条件下的建筑深基坑降水施工技术

摘    要:上海东方渔人码头工程由多幢建筑组成,紧邻黄浦江.工程基坑面积大,地质条件复杂,开挖较深,开挖工况多变,周边环境保护要求严格,其基坑降水具有一定的难度.通过抽水试验选取了合适的水力参数,合理布井、精心施工、按需控制、信息化监测以及在土方开挖过程中针对局部复杂地层采用轻型井点,确保了深基坑的安全开挖和结构底板的正常施工,同时保证了周边环境的安全和稳定.

Abstract:Shanghai Oriental Fisherman's Wharf, adjacent to the Huangpu River, is composed of multiple buildings. In this project, the excavation dewatering is difficult due to its large and deep excavation area, the complicated geological and working conditions, and the strict requirements for protection of surrounding environment. By selecting appropriate hydraulic parameters in pumping tests, proper arrangement of wells, meticulous construction, controlling according to needs, computerized monitoring and applying light well points during excavation under complicated geological conditions, the safety of construction of deep foundation pit and structural floor were ensured, meanwhile the surrounding environment was kept safe and stable.
