| 摘 要： | 教育如何培养创新人才，是新时期的紧迫任务。在已有的理论研究基础上，探寻实践情境中创新人才培养的现实状况和已有问题，提出优化创新人才教育环境、改进教学内容和培养方式，健全创新人才评价机制等一系列措施，以确保创建良好的创新人才氛围。

| Abstract: | How to cultivate innovative talents through education is an urgent task in the new period. This paper explores the realistic conditions and existing problems in respect of cultivation of innovative talents in practical scenario and proposes a series of measures such as optimizing the educational environment of innovative talents, improving teaching contents and ways of cultivation and completing the evaluation mechanism of innovative talents, to guarantee the establishment of a favourable atmosphere for innovative talents on the basis of the existing theoretical studies. |
