Simulation Analysis of Flow Field in Combustion Chamber of Internal Combustion Cooker

The three-dimensional geometric model of flow field in combustion chanaber is buih up by fluid analysis pre-processing software GAMBIT to study the gas flow state in combustion chamber of inter- hal combustion cooker. Through computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, the gas flow in the conlhustion chamber is numerically simulated based on the c, omponent transport model under the laminar flow cal- culation state. The flow velocity of gas above the burn- er inereases with increasing the opening degree of the gas valve, which may cause ignition difficuhies. The temperature of cooker plate distributes unevenly he- cause the gas velocity near the side of exhaust duel is larger than the other sides in the combustion chamber. The flow field state in the combustion chamber is visu- ally demonstrated by software simulation.
