开关磁阻电机技术及其在离心机中的应用

摘    要:本文描述了一种新型离心机及其电机驱动系统,其中,电机驱动系统包括:开关磁阻电机、位置传感器、微机控制器、功率变换器。其中微机控制器与传感器相连,并根据运行参数调整所接收的控制信号,形成调整控制信号;功率变换器与微机控制器相连,根据调整控制信号生成驱动开关磁阻电机的电机驱动信号。应用此新型开关磁阻电机技术,解决了现有技术中离心机电机驱动系统控制精度差较差的问题,具有起动转矩大,起动电流低,结构简单等特点。

Abstract:The paper introduces a new type centrifuge and its motor drive system.The motor drive system includes the switched reluctance motor, rotor position transducer, microcontroller and power converter.Among them,the microcontroller connects with rotor position transducer, the received control signals are adjusted according to motion parameter, and the modulated control signals are formed.The power converter was connected with the microcontroller, and produces the motor drive signals were produced,which drive the switched reluctance motor according to the modulated control signals.By applying such new type switched reluctance motor technology, the problem of poor control accuracy in the centrifuge of the motor drive system was solved.Also the new technology has the feature of big starting torque,low starting currents,and simple structure et al.
