用电信息采集系统在电力营销管理中的运用

摘    要:本文通过剖析三个电力营销管理中的案例,详细介绍了运用用电信息采集系统在线监测功能,及时核查用户电气交流量数据,同时通过查阅用户历史用电数据,进行电量分析等方法,达到及时准确查处违约、反窃电工作的目的。一个案例一个启示,便于理解运用。其中对“千瓦视同千伏安”统计用电容量的惯例提出了新的认识。

Abstract:This paper analyzes three cases of electricity marketing management, gives detailed introduction about some coulometric analysis methods of online monitoring function through power information collection system, checking users' electricity alternating quantity and referring to their previous power data, in order to examine and deal with breach of contract and electricity stealing. One inspiration from one case could be easily understood and applied. A new perspective towards traditional power capacity calculating method of regarding Kilowatt as Kilowatt-ampere is brought forth.
