LNG接收站储罐预冷模拟研究

建立LNG储罐预冷计算模型,采用MATLAB自编程序对某LNG接收站储罐预冷过程进行模拟,模拟了预冷过程中储罐内以及储罐壁的温度场变化。在二次回流和储罐底部混凝土向罐内导热的共同作用下,储罐底部中心区域温度不是随预冷过程单调下降,而是在预冷后期出现阶段性温度上升。

Study on Precooling Simulation of Storage Tank in LNG Receiving Station

The model for precooling calculation of LNG storage tank is established. The simulation of the precooling process of storage tank in a LNG receiving station is performed using the self-compiled program based on MATLAB software. The variation of temperature fields in the storage tank and its wall in the precooling process is simulated. Under the joint action of the secondary recirculation and the heat transfer from the concrete at the bottom of the tank to the tank, the temperature in the central area at the bottom of the tank has a phased rise at the late period of the preeooling process instead of monotonous decline with the precooling process.
