摘    要:多相永磁电机与传统电机相比,具有容错性好、转矩脉动小、稳定性高等特点。本文的设计是基于瑞泰公司的ICETEK—F2812-ADSP和EPM12.70CPLD为核心的多相电机控制系统,主要研究了系统的电源部分、电流信号处理部分、逆变与光电隔离等电路的设计,其优越性体现在该系统信息处理能力强,运算速度快,可靠性稳定性高,可实现对多相多电机的智能控制。实验结果表明该电路具有良好的性能和很高的应用价值。

Abstract:Compared with traditional drive system,multi-phase machine drive system offers the advantages of improved fault tolerance, low torque pulsation and high reliability.A control system was designed for multi-phase motor based on the ICETEK-F2812-A DSP and EPM1270 CPLD.The source of power part,signal processing part,inverter part and opto-coupler isolation part were adopted as main subjects.The developed multiphase motor system incorporates the merits of the strong ability of information processing,good generality and high reliability.The experimental results verified that the proposed drive system has good performance and high application value.
