基于ANSYS数控车床静压气体轴承主轴的模态分析

摘    要:针对气体静压轴承支撑的精密数控车床主轴系统工作高精度的要求,在机床工作过程中,主轴高速旋转,静压气体轴承的支撑刚度随着转速动态变化。为了了解主轴工作过程中的动态特性,应用Pro/E软件对主轴进行三维建模,并用ANSYS对其进行模态分析,得到各阶固有频率和振型。掌握数控车床主轴各阶振动模态的特点,有利于气体轴承支持下的数控车床主轴结构设计,为机床的进一步研究及优化提供理论依据。

Abstract:Spindle system on Precision CNC lathe supported by aerostatic bearing is high precision.In the process of machine working,spindle rotates in high speeds,and the supporting stiffness of aerostatic bearing changes dynamically with the change of rotation speed of spindle.In order to understand the dynamic characteristics of the spindle system,Pro/E is used to establish 3D finite element model of spindle,and the natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained by utilizing ANSYS.It is very essential to research the characteristics of CNC lathe,which is good for CNC lathe spindle structure design with the sport of gas bearing.This article provides important basis for further study and optimal design.
