| 摘 要： | 通过亲水色谱法测定了中药枳实中辛弗林的含量。液相色谱条件为：采用色谱柱WatersAtlantisHILIC（5μm，4．6×150mmi．d．）；流动相为乙腈：10mmol／L乙酸铵（含2％乙酸）=84：16（v／v），进行等度洗脱，采用二极管阵列检测器，检测波长为225nm。该方法在0．4-10μg范围内线性关系良好，检出限为0．0105mg／mL，加标回收率为94％-98．6％。该方法具有样品预处理简单、分离度高、分析时间短、准确性和重复性好等优点，适用于辛弗林含量的测定。

| Abstract: | The synephrine content in immature bitter orange was determinated by the HILIC method.The liquid chromatography condition is Waters Atlantis HILIC chromatography column （5μm,4.6× 150mm i.d.）;Mobile phase：the propotion of acetonitrile and 10mmol/L ammonium acetate （2% acetate） is 84：16 （v/v）,type of isocratic elution is considered;diode array detector is adopted and the detection wavelength is 225nm.The method within the 0.4-10μg has a good linear relationship,which the detection limit is above 0.0103mg/mL,standard recovery rate is 94%--98.6%.The method has characteristics of a simple sample pretreatment,high degree of separation, analysis of short time, good accuracy and repeatability. |
