摘    要:目的:建立一种顶空进样毛细管柱气相色谱法快速测定全血中乙醇含量的方法。方法:样品在60℃平衡15rnin,取上层气体30μL顶空进样,分流比为1,以叔丁醇为内标物定量。结果:在该色谱条件下能完全分离乙醇和叔丁醇;该方法的线性范围为20—160mg/100mL,R=0.9979,检出限为5mg/100mL,加标回收率为92.5—96.5%,RSD均小于5%。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于血液中乙醇的含量测定。

Abstract:Objection:To establish method for detection of ethanol in whole blood by headspace sampling capillary column gas chromatography.Methods:The 30μL upper gas was injected as split ratio of 1 after samples were incubated at 60℃ for 15min,and tertiary butyl alcohol was as the internal standard of fixed quantity.Results:Under the chromatographic conditions,ethanol and tertiary butyl alcohol were completely separated;The linear range was 20-160mg/100mL,R=0.9979. The recovery rate was between 92.5% and 96.3% and RSD was less than 5.00%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for detection of ethanol content in whole blood.
