城市复杂环境下逆作法工程施工技术

摘    要:城市复杂环境下深基坑施工对周边环境影响大。结合南京中国科举博物馆项目,对顺逆结合施工技术进行研究。为确保周边保护建筑的安全,通过对周边环境、现场土质、逆作法施工特点分析,提出相应保证的措施。项目采用顺逆结合的施工方案、合理的分区分块、按实际情况制定降水方案和现代高科技的信息等手段,使基坑及周边保护建筑等处于安全控制范围内。

Abstract:The deep foundation pit construction has great impact on the surrounding environment under complicated urban environment. Combining with the Nanjing China Imperial Examination Museum project, the top-down and bottom- up construction technology was studied. In order to ensure the safety of the protected building, the corresponding guarantee measures were proposed based on the analysis of the surrounding environment, the field soil behavior and the characteristic of the top-down method. The project adopted the construction scheme with the combination of the top- down and bottom-up method, the reasonable partition of block, the dewatering proposal formulated according to the actual situation and the modern high-tech information technology so as to ensure the foundation pit and the surrounding protected building within the scope of safety control.
